Canapés au pain de campagne et au roquefort

CANAPÉS WITH RUSTIC BEAD AND ROQUEFORT

Serves 4:
• 300g of papillon Roquefort
• 1 rustic baguette
• 20cl of papillon olive oil
• 1 bunch of chives
preparation: 10 mns
cooking time: 5 mns




Cut the rustic baguette into 1cm slices.
Cut the Roquefort into small cubes.
Pour 1 drop of olive oil onto each slice and toast them in the oven for 3 to 4 mins.
Deposit a few cubes of Roquefort onto each slice.
Melt for 2 mins under the grill.
At the same time chop the chives.
When the cheese has melted, sprinkle the canapés with chopped chives.
Serve at once.
