This Roquefort is distinguished by its balance and elegance. PAPILLON Revelation is a refined, elegant and complex Roquefort in which the taste of sheep’s milk is not obliterated by the force of the penicillin, with a light taste of butter.
It is characterised by a white curd scattered with large openings, blue in colour. Its texture is melting, fine and smooth.
